WORKSHOP & TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
TECHNIQUE CLASS
As teachers and choreographers, our aim is to create a playful environment where we can give and receive energy as a group while challenging ourselves further as dancers and performers.
During our classes we practice contemporary dance technique with tasks of improvisation, movement research and performativity. We dive into the relationship between floor and body, explore flow and momentum, as well as training the body’s coordinative skills and connections.

WORKSHOP
un/folding
In our workshop “un/folding” we deep-dive into the possibilities of the body through tools of articulation and improvisation. Through visual cues, partner work and solo exploration we research what more can be found when we go beyond the body’s habits and tendencies.

We offer workshops in various repertoire material from our performances "The Tale of Four Idiots" and our upcoming production "Skalv". These workshops focuses on different approaches to performativity, practizing detailed coordinations and exploring multiple levels of physicality.
